Your orthotic is processed within 5 working days. Please allow for more time during weekends, public holidays, and production shut down periods.
If you need your orthotic back in a hurry, we can make production arrangements to meet your needs. Please note that extra costs may apply.
You can either contact us direct, of fill in the downloadable "New Account" form which you'll find in our "Resources" section of our website.
To apply for access, please get in contact with us directly. We will then set you up with a new username and password.
